EmpowerLit brings writing instruction, SEL, and student voice together through one connected K–12 program—ready to teach every week.
Ready. Set. Teach. Every lesson comes fully prepared, so teachers and substitutes can open it and start teaching right away.

Schools are being asked to strengthen writing, support student well-being, build school culture, and reduce the burden on teachers—all at the same time.
EmpowerLit brings those priorities together into one connected system.
Everything teachers need. Ready to teach.
The whole school explores one shared theme each month.
Each week builds literacy and writing skills through a purposeful progression.
K–2, Grades 3–5, Grades 6–8, and Grades 9–12 receive developmentally appropriate instruction.
Students write, discuss, reflect, and have opportunities to publish authentic work.

Every classroom moves through one connected monthly theme, creating consistency across the entire school.

They write. They discuss. They reflect. They collaborate. They publish stories that matter.
Writing becomes meaningful when students know their words can reach a real audience. Through Your Story Matters, students have opportunities to submit authentic writing for publication, celebrate their voices, and see themselves as writers. Selected student work is featured in the public Your Story Matters Magazine.

Every week includes one complete, ready-to-teach writing and literacy experience connected to a shared SEL theme, with optional extensions to deepen learning. Teachers spend less time planning and more time connecting with students.

Daily Sparks are five-minute literacy and SEL activities that help students think, write, and connect—every school day. Each grade band receives developmentally appropriate Daily Sparks designed for its students.
